About Embodied Yoga

My name is Elissa Toto Taylor, and I'm so glad you're here.

Embodied Yoga was born out of my desire to help people reconnect to the body, to live mindfully instead of in a constant state of distraction or dissociation or rushing.

On the mat and off, practicing yoga can help people notice when they're detached from the body and living in the head. It can also provide the tools to return to the present moment through breath and felt sensations, both of which can quiet the mind. This is the greatest power of yoga, and I want to share it with you.
