Perfect for newbies, this class focuses on foundational yoga postures and feeling secure and strong in them. We move slowly through our practice and focus on linking breath and movement. Build a foundation for a strong, enriching practice for life.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow Yoga is a slower paced vinyasa class focusing on linking breath and movement. In this one-hour practice, we move with our breath to strengthen the body while quieting the mind and building a true connection of body, mind, and breath. Develop more flexibility, strength, and balance both physically and mentally through a flowing series of yoga asanas followed by a reflective period of meditative stillness. 

Don't be fooled by the "slow" in Slow Flow. You get out of this class what you put into it. Suitable for beginners to seasoned practitioners, modifications are offered to allow each student to choose the physical experience they're after. But don't forget to breathe and stay present to your body and experience.

Yoga Strength and Stamina

This class is for yoga practitioners who know their way around a yoga mat and want to be challenged. We'll flow through sun salutations and warrior sequences, building our stamina and strengthening our bodies. We'll take some creative poses and work on balance and flexibility. We may hold some postures longer than we think we can, pushing ourselves to find our edge. The goal here is to focus on our breath while challenging ourselves to stay present in every asana.

Release and Unwind

This class is part of the recipe for a beautiful night's sleep. It combines two styles of yoga with somatic movements designed to calm the mind and nervous system and release stress and tension. It pairs the Yin style of holding passive poses for several minutes to encourage muscle release, joint health, flexibility, and mental calm, with the flowing movement of a gentle Vinyasa. This class moves at a slow pace and incorporates props to assist practitioners of all levels in achieving the desired effects and opening up after a long day. Leave feeling stretched, relaxed, and ready to rest.

Private Session

Book in-person or online personal sessions with Elissa to learn the basics, deepen your understanding of postures and alignment, or have classes tailored to your needs and schedule. Small groups of up to three people can book a session together and get a discount on each person's private session rate. Perfect for couples or busy friends looking to spend quality time together.
